HOW DOES IT WORK?
CONTACT US and we can begin to plan; the best date, the best type of trip, the right price point and the partnership between your organization and CD Trips. We will then provide a quote to you and you can determine how much you want to add for your fundraiser. In addition, you may choose to include sponsor opportunities and benefits to increase your fundraising potential.
For our part; we take care of the details. We make all necessary reservations with venues and coordinate the date and times, we secure the bus, and we take inquiries, reservations and communicate with each guest. Then we promote your trip through e-blasts, on public TV, in newspapers, on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, on the radio, through our Chamber of Commerce memberships and at each one of our trips.
For your part, we need your help to fill the seats on the bus with your members, their friends and their families.
Together, we work to gather enough people to run a successful trip and fundraiser!
