Jack Strassman
Executive Sales Manager – Sullivan County
Originally from Flushing, Queens, Jack moved to Liberty in 1995 with his family when he accepted his first administrative position with the Liberty Central School District. Jack is recently retired middle/high school principal and officially joined the CD Trips team in July 2018 as part of their sales division. Jack is a 22 year member of the Liberty Rotary Club and involved in the Sullivan County community.

Shannon Barry
Operations Manager
Shannon Barry was born and raised in New York’s Hudson Valley as the oldest of three siblings. Following high school she attended Nyack College where she studied education. Her talent for management and passion for giving of herself to others have driven a diverse career in the healthcare and hospitality fields. She enjoys coordinating local and international trips and tours, with a company dedicated to giving back to the community. Away from work, Shannon enjoys cooking, hiking, and stays busy being a mother to her children.
Michelle Semerano
Director of Marketing
Michelle was born and raised in Orange County, NY. Upon graduating college in 2008, Michelle decided to pursue her career in radio and was offered an opportunity in a struggling economy to intern at Sullivan County based radio station, Thunder 102. After a few short months, they realized Michelle’s potential and welcomed her to the family. After 8 years of growing from intern to Program Director and On-Air Personality Michelle decided, it was time to hang up the headphones and move on in her career. Michelle joined the CD Trips Team in February 2017 and is proud to go down in history as the first official team member! In December 2017, Michelle began a new adventure at Resorts World Catskills as an Advertising Specialist.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University. She currently resides in Middletown with her dog Cyclone “Cy” and is an Board Member of the Town of Wallkill Boys & Girls Club and an Executive Leader of the Tri-County Heart Walk with the American Heart Association of Hudson Valley.
